- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, brand management, or integrated marketing.
- Experience managing both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Prior experience in beauty, wellness, education, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or service industries will be highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully executing lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
