We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to take full ownership of our digital storytelling and online brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes content, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and has a deep understanding of how to grow and engage communities on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Requirements:
Strong creative skills in photography, videography, editing (Reels, Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools).
Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability tailored for different platforms.
Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
Passionate about social media trends, digital culture, and visual storytelling.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Develop and manage a consistent content calendar tailored for each platform.
Align social media strategy with overall marketing campaigns, brand goals, and seasonal priorities.
Plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, stories, carousels).
Write compelling, on-brand captions and use relevant hashtags to drive reach and engagement.
Maintain a visually cohesive and aesthetically strong feed.
Increase followers, reach, and engagement across platforms using organic and strategic methods.
Build meaningful connections by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Foster a loyal and active online community.
Identify and manage collaborations with influencers and content creators.
Coordinate and curate user-generated content to expand reach and authenticity.
Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and platform trends.
Deliver monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, content trends, and algorithm changes.
Experiment with new formats (memes, transitions, challenges, live sessions, etc.) to stay ahead.
Work closely with marketing, sales, design, and product teams to support campaigns and product launches.
Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
1+ year experience managing social media for a brand or business.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field
