We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Manager with over 20 years of proven success in the pharmaceutical industry. This role will lead nationwide sales operations, build high-performing teams, drive market penetration, and ensure consistent revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.

  • Drive prescription generation, institutional sales, and channel distribution.

  • Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, hospitals, and key accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical selling practices.

  • Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and product development teams for strategy alignment.

  • Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

Education

Minimum 20 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector
