Requirements:
Proven leadership experience managing large sales teams and multiple regions.
In-depth knowledge of branded generics, specialty drugs, and OTC products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
Strong understanding of pharma market dynamics, government regulations, and industry trends.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
Drive prescription generation, institutional sales, and channel distribution.
Analyze sales data, competitor activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, hospitals, and key accounts.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical selling practices.
Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and product development teams for strategy alignment.
Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Minimum 20 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical sector
