Location: Dillibazar, Kathmandu
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000 (Based on experience and performance)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creativity, strategy, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver measurable results.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)

  • Familiarity with offline campaign methods such as print ads, hoardings, radio, and events.

  • Proficiency in using tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, Meta Ads Manager, etc.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage time, deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and brand awareness.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, sales, digital, operations) to deliver compelling campaign content and materials.

  • Manage social media ads, email marketing, print promotions, events, influencer collaborations, and other channels.

  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc., and optimize for better ROI.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Create and manage campaign timelines, schedules, and budgets effectively.

  • Maintain a campaign calendar and ensure all deliverables are met on time.

  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all channels.

  • Prepare campaign reports and presentations for internal reviews and decision-making.

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or campaign management preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
