Job Description

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Officers to join our team in the Electronics & Home Appliances sector. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling products, developing dealer networks, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding market presence in their respective locations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

• Knowledge of the local market in the respective location will be an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email communication.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electronics and home appliance products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Conduct regular market visits to generate sales and understand customer needs.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate product deliveries.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.

• Coordinate with the head office regarding sales, payments, and customer requirements.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing is preferred.

• Experience in electronics, home appliances, consumer goods, or FMCG sales will be an added advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication and sales abilities may also be considered.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Business Studies (BBS), Marketing, or a related field preferred.

• Candidates with a +2 qualification and relevant sales experience may also apply.
