Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, features, and availability.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain proper product displays and ensure the store is clean and well-organised.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Receive, arrange, and label products as required.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and sales.
• Support daily store operations and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Stay updated on new products, trends, and promotions.
• Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, store operations, customer service, or a related position.
• Experience in fashion retail or lifestyle products will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in retail may also be considered.

Education

• Minimum: +2 / Intermediate or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field will be an advantage.
