Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated, responsible, and self-motivated Field Supervisors to oversee field operations, supervise marketing and sales teams, ensure effective territory coverage, and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven experience in field operations or sales supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team management skills.
• Hard-working, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work flexible hours and in demanding field conditions.
• Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
• Candidates with their own motorcycle will be given preference.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and reporting tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily field activities of the sales/marketing team.
• Ensure effective market coverage and timely execution of field plans.
• Guide, motivate, and support team members to achieve assigned targets.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of field staff.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field reports.
• Coordinate with management to resolve operational issues.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in field operations, sales supervision, or team management.
• Candidates with experience in hardware, plumbing, pipes & fittings, construction materials, FMCG, or a related industry will be given preference.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
