Salary:  Rs. 40,000–45,000 per month (Based on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and target-driven Marketing Staff to promote our products, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers within the assigned territory.

Requirements & Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Target-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
• Valid motorcycle driving license is mandatory.
• Candidates with their own motorcycle will be given preference.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and mobile reporting applications is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hardware stores, dealers, distributors, and retail outlets regularly.
• Promote and sell the company's products to existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and gather market feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in hardware stores, plumbing products, pipes & fittings, sanitaryware, construction materials, or a related industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
