We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Stock & Inventory Data Entry Officer to manage inventory records and ensure accurate stock entry into a government-linked cloud-based inventory system. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability, as even minor errors can affect inventory records and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify stock information before system entry.
• Accurately enter inventory data into the government-linked cloud platform.
• Cross-check all entries to ensure zero or minimal errors.
• Verify quantities, product details, batch numbers, and other relevant information before submission.
• Maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team to resolve discrepancies.
• Report any stock inconsistencies or data mismatches immediately.
• Ensure timely updating of stock movement records.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of inventory data.

Experience

• Prior experience in inventory, warehouse, or data entry roles is an advantage.
• Good computer skills with fast and accurate typing.
• Familiarity with inventory software or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Honest, organized, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Education

Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor's degree preferred).
