About the Role
Jewels studio is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales & Production Assistant to support both our sales and production operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth operational processes.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive).

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing studio environment, including jewelry displays and periodic deep cleaning of products.
  • Support the host and sales team by managing customer flow, act as a secondary host, and assisting the sales process through timely arrangement and provision of required jewelry items.
  • Develop strong product knowledge to confidently support customer inquiries and internal coordination.
  • Update all the assigned primary operational sheets to ensure accurate tracking by Sales Head.
  • Maintain accurate production records, design documentation, inventory data, and digital files in an organized manner.
  • Prepare, pack, and coordinate jewelry deliveries, inter-store transfers, and product movement while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Prepare and update production-related documents, order records, tracking sheets, and product information with accuracy.
  • Monitor production progress, inventory movement, and delivery schedules to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in inventory management by receiving, organizing, tagging, updating, and conducting regular stock verification of jewelry and related items.
  • Support quality control activities and ensure products meet the company's quality standards before dispatch or display.
  • Process customer payments accurately in accordance with company procedures.
  • Organize, archive, and back up important production and inventory records for future reference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide operational support during customer visits and other business requirements.

Experience

1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, retail, operations, or administrative role.

Education

Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor's degree running is a plus point).
