We are hiring an Accountant on behalf of a leading food delivery company based in Kathmandu. If you're a detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting knowledge and experience working with accounting software, we'd love to hear from you!
 
Requirements
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with accounting software/ERP systems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records using accounting software
• Manage petty cash and related expense records
• Record and document financial transactions accurately
• Reconcile bank statements and cash books
• Reconcile vendor accounts and outstanding balances
• Prepare weekly delivery order reports
• Perform daily reconciliation of cash collections and online payment transactions
• Prepare payment vouchers after verifying supporting documents
• Handle VAT and TDS compliance, fixed asset records, and stock management

Experience

Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
