About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Operations & Inventory Analyst to oversee our inventory systems and digital platforms across multiple beauty and personal care brands. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, managing product information on our e-commerce platforms, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations within our ERP and website.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in ERP and e-commerce systems, (ODOO) enabling them to identify inventory trends, forecast stock requirements, and coordinate effectively with internal teams to maintain operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, ERP administration, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Odoo, Shopify, or comparable ERP and e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Analysis

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across all brands and warehouse locations.
  • Analyze inventory movement to identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving products.
  • Forecast inventory requirements based on historical consumption, seasonality, lead times, and business activities.
  • Monitor stock aging and recommend actions for excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Identify potential stock shortages and communicate replenishment requirements proactively.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing overstock and stock-outs.
  • Track inventory KPIs such as stock turnover, days of inventory, inventory aging, and reorder levels.
  • Perform routine inventory audits and reconcile system records with physical inventory.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and dashboards for management.
  • Identify discrepancies and investigate inventory-related issues.

ERP & Inventory System Management

  • Assist inventory-related operations within Odoo ERP.
  • Maintain accurate product master data, including SKUs, barcodes, units of measure, and product attributes.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded and maintained.
  • Support inventory-related system improvements and process optimization.

Website & Product Information Management

  • Manage and maintain  Website and Odoo POS platforms.
  • Upload and maintain products, images, pricing, product attributes, categories, collections, and tags.
  • Configure and manage promotional campaigns, including discounts, coupon codes, loyalty point programs, gift vouchers, bundles, and other customer reward mechanisms within Odoo, POS.
  • Ensure promotional schemes are accurately implemented across all applicable systems and sales channels.
  • Monitor product availability and ensure inventory synchronization between Website & logistics.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure product information, pricing, promotions, and inventory data remain accurate and consistent.
  • Maintain website banners, product pages, and digital content as required.
  • Identify system issues or inconsistencies and coordinate with developers or implementation partners for resolution.
  • Test and validate new system features, promotional configurations, and workflow improvements before deployment.

Technical Coordination

  • Monitor digital platforms for inventory or system-related issues.
  • Identify and document bugs or operational issues affecting inventory management.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly with software developers or implementation partners.
  • Assist in testing new features, inventory workflows, and system updates before deployment.
  • Recommend improvements to inventory processes and system functionality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Marketing, and Management teams regarding inventory planning and product availability.
  • Communicate inventory insights, stock risks, and replenishment recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring inventory and product information are accurately configured within the ERP and website.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, ERP administration, e-commerce operations, or a similar role.

Education

Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
