We are seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Social Media & E-Commerce Officer to join a fast-growing wellness brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short-form content, managing social media platforms, handling customer interactions, and overseeing online marketplace operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or e-commerce (Freshers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, RedNote, WeChat, and other digital platforms.
- Experience managing Daraz or other online marketplaces is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and mobile/video editing applications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing, online customer engagement, and marketplace promotions.
- Familiarity with wellness, beauty, healthcare, or consumer products will be an added advantage.
