• Maintain day to day account in accounting package with good knowledge of accounting software
• Maintain petty cash and expenses regarding the same.
• Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
• Reconciliation of bank statement and bank books.
• Reconciliation of vendors accounts.
• Preparing weekly delivery order report.
• Daily reconciliation of collection amount and online transaction.
• Prepare payment vouchers by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.
• Knowledge of VAT, TDS returns, fixed assets and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable 
• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Prepare financial reports and statements 
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
