Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Executive to lead territory sales expansion in Kathmandu. This professional will be responsible for promoting our brands, acquiring new clients, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will combine strategic sales acumen with marketing expertise to drive revenue growth and market penetration in the Kathmandu region.

• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of the Kathmandu market and local business landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Nepali.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory-specific revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and convert leads into new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales prospects. 
• Conduct product presentations and sales pitches tailored to client needs and market segments.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Manage client accounts, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategy.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in a territory-based or direct sales environment

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
