We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Campaign Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, salon bookings, academy enrollments, and customer retention.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative campaign planning, vendor coordination, digital marketing expertise, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns for salon services, beauty treatments, training programs, workshops, promotions, and special events.
  • Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendars aligned with business goals.
  • Plan customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention campaigns.
  • Coordinate campaign launches across online and offline platforms.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.

Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Lead campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers to develop engaging campaign assets.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee lead generation campaigns for salon appointments and academy admissions.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.

Offline Marketing & Brand Activation

  • Plan and execute offline promotional activities including:
    • Roadshows
    • Beauty workshops
    • Events and exhibitions
    • Academy seminars
    • Influencer meetups
    • Corporate partnerships
    • Community engagement programs
  • Coordinate branding materials, promotional collateral, and in-store marketing activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships for printing, events, production, and promotional activities.

Influencer & Partnership Management

  • Develop relationships with influencers, beauty bloggers, content creators, and media partners.
  • Negotiate collaborations and partnership agreements.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns and track performance.
  • Identify strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

  • Define campaign KPIs and performance targets.
  • Track campaign performance through analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze customer acquisition costs, lead conversion rates, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics.
  • Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management.
  • Continuously improve campaign effectiveness based on insights and data.

Team Coordination

  • Work closely with salon operations, academy teams, sales staff, designers, and external agencies.
  • Ensure timely execution of campaign deliverables.
  • Guide junior marketing team members and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, brand management, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience managing both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience in beauty, wellness, education, retail, hospitality, FMCG, or service industries will be highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully executing lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
