A leading manufacturing company in the FMCG sector, specializing in extruded snacks and instant noodles, is looking for an experienced and analytical professional to lead its finance function and support strategic business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance and accounts function of the organization
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare and oversee MIS reports and management reporting systems
• Monitor business performance and provide strategic financial insights to management
• Manage working capital, cash flow, and funds flow efficiently
• Handle banking relationships, credit facilities, and financial negotiations
• Ensure timely preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Support cost optimization, profitability analysis, and operational efficiency
• Conduct Indian and Nepali market financial analysis and business trend evaluation
• Ensure financial controls, compliance, and process improvements across functions
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities

Experience

• Strong experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Excellent analytical, budgeting, and financial modeling skills
• Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and working capital management
• Experience in handling banking and institutional relationships
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, MIS tools, and financial reporting
• Understanding of both Nepali and Indian market dynamics will be an advantage
• Ability to independently drive financial strategy and support business decisions

Education

CA / ACCA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred
