We are seeking dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) for a leading FMCG company. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market coverage, maintaining strong retailer relationships, and ensuring product availability within their assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate sales orders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and market coverage objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers.
• Ensure product visibility, availability, and merchandising standards in the market.
• Identify new sales opportunities and onboard new retail outlets.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Execute trade promotions, schemes, and marketing campaigns effectively.
• Coordinate with distributors regarding stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Collect market feedback and submit daily sales reports.
• Support collection activities and ensure timely payment follow-up where required.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, distributor sales, or field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of retail and distribution channels.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
