Specific Attributes

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Banking Officer to manage banking operations, loan renewals, Letter of Credit (LC) transactions, loan repayments, and bank-related documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of banking procedures, financial coordination, and corporate financing activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle renewal and processing of bank loans and credit facilities.
• Coordinate with banks regarding loan documentation, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Manage Letter of Credit (LC) opening, amendment, negotiation, and settlement procedures.
• Monitor and process loan repayments, bank payments, and other financial obligations.
• Calculate and track bank interest, loan schedules, and repayment plans.
• Prepare and maintain banking records, agreements, and financial documents.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for financing arrangements and operational matters.
• Ensure timely submission of required documents to banks and regulatory authorities.
• Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow requirements.
• Support management in obtaining new credit facilities and financial products.
• Prepare financial reports related to loans, interest expenses, and banking transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking operations, loan management, or corporate finance.
• Practical experience in bank loan renewal, LC handling, bank payments, and interest calculations.
• Strong understanding of banking documentation and financial procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple banking relationships.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with manufacturing, trading, or import-based companies.
• Knowledge of import financing, trade finance, and banking regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
