We are seeking a dynamic and committed Sales Engineer – Civil to promote and sell a range of internationally recognized construction chemicals, waterproofing solutions, repair products, and civil engineering materials. The role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to provide technical solutions to consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell construction chemicals, waterproofing products, repair and rehabilitation materials, industrial flooring solutions, and other civil engineering products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, developers, government agencies, and project owners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for projects and institutional sales.
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Provide technical guidance and product recommendations based on project requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming construction projects.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams to ensure proper product application and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Experience

  • Strong technical understanding of civil engineering and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client visits and project follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply.
  • Previous experience in construction chemicals, building materials, project sales, or technical sales will be an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
