We Are Hiring – DSR (Distribution Sales Representative)

Experience Required: FMCG Sector

1) DSR – Gandaki Province

Basic Salary: NPR 22,000 – 27,000 (Based on Experience)
Petrol Allowance: Provided (Travel Basis)
Daily Allowance: As per Present Day Basis

2) DSR – Chitwan

Basic Salary: NPR 20,000 – 25,000
Petrol Allowance: Provided
Daily Allowance: Applicable

3) DSR – Kathmandu

Basic Salary: NPR 20,000 
Petrol Allowance: Provided

Requirements:

• Cover assigned market area regularly
• Increase brand visibility and market penetration
• Maintain retailer communication and follow-up
• Generate new business opportunities
• Ensure proper display of products in stores
• Achieve sales targets as per company guidelines
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
• Support promotional activities in the market
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of local market
• Ability to work independently
• Strong target-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily and increase sales volume

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers & distributors
• Ensure proper product availability and stock management in the market
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Handle product promotion and merchandising in the assigned area
• Submit daily sales report and market feedback to management

Experience

2 years of experience in sales, preferably in an FMCG company.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
