We are looking for a highly creative and execution-focused Campaign Manager cum Social Media Manager to lead our marketing and social media efforts. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and manage both digital campaigns and day-to-day social media operations seamlessly.

Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (product launches, offers, seasonal campaigns, in-store activations)
  • Develop campaign ideas, hooks, and creative direction
  • Align online campaigns with in-store/offline activities
  • Support promotional pushes, offers, and new product launches

Content & Social Media Management

  • Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and product focus
  • Manage daily social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Write engaging captions, plan reels, and ensure consistent posting
  • Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging

Content Production & Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage content shoots (products, influencers, salon/store content)
  • Work closely with designers, videographers, and creators
  • Ensure all content is high-quality and aligned with brand standards

Influencer & PR Management

  • Handle influencer collaborations, PR seeding, and partnerships
  • Plan and execute influencer-led campaigns and events

Engagement & Community Management

  • Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the online community

Performance & Optimization

  • Track campaign and content performance (reach, engagement, growth, basic sales impact)
  • Analyze insights and optimize strategies based on trends and data

Experience

  • 2–4+ years of experience in marketing or social media (beauty industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content (Reels/TikTok)
  • Creative mindset with strong execution ability
  • Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and campaigns simultaneousl
