Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand goals
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and storytelling content
• Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia content
• Manage content calendars and scheduling tools
• Monitor social media performance and optimize based on insights and analytics
• Stay updated with the latest trends, reels, and viral formats
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, launches, and promotions
• Assist in photo/video shoots when required

Experience

• Strong skills in Copywriting, Creative Writing, and Storytelling
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Management & Content Strategy
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Graphic Design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Understanding of analytics and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Awareness of current social media trends and digital marketing practices

Education

• Experience in photography or videography
• Prior experience in a similar role or internship
• Degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, or related field
