We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive ERP Technical Head to oversee and manage the organization’s ERP system across all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth ERP operations, optimizing system utilization, and driving process improvements through technology.
 

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in ERP management (manufacturing/trading environment preferred)
• Strong understanding of business processes across sales, inventory, production, and accounts
• Technical knowledge of ERP systems and database management
• Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in handling vendor coordination and system customization

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee complete ERP operations including:
  • Sales
  • Purchase
  • Inventory
  • Production
  • Accounts
• Monitor ERP usage across departments and implement strategies to improve efficiency and adoption
• Provide both technical and functional support to ERP users
• Coordinate with external software vendors for:
  • Bug fixes
  • System customization
  • Upgrades and enhancements
• Maintain and manage master data, including:
  • Item Master
  • Customer & Vendor Data
  • Pricing & Rates
  • Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Identify operational gaps and recommend automation or workflow improvements within the ERP system
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and regular data backups
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee ERP proficiency

Experience

Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
• Experience with ERP systems like Tally, SAP, MicrosoftNAV, or other customized ERP platforms
