Job Summary

The Executive Manager – International Relations serves as the central point of contact for all external partners, including universities, colleges, test preparation examiners, and application portals.

This role is instrumental in driving strategic growth, strengthening recruitment systems by enhancing Intelligence, Admissions, and Compliance functions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality student placement services across all destinations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison with external partners, managing institutional relationships and inquiries.
  • Receive and share updates regarding destinations, courses, partner portals, and insurance with internal teams.
  • Arrange and manage schedules for institutional representatives visiting Head Office, Baneshwor, and Regional Offices.
  • Initiate and develop new university and partner tie-ups across destinations and offices.
  • Identify opportunities for additional revenue from existing partnerships and renegotiate agreements based on enrollment data.
  • Develop SOPs for onboarding new partners and ensure team training and compliance.
  • Maintain a centralized platform for contract details and enrollment targets; report key metrics to the Founder & CEO.
  • Work closely with Admissions and Counseling units to implement university guidelines and policy updates.
  • Attend seminars, fairs, and external events to identify strategic opportunities and market insights.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in international relations, business development, or partnership management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; degrees from internationally recognized institutions preferred.
