Job Summary

The Executive Manager – Recruitment will lead and oversee the Recruitment Department at the Head Office (Bagbazar), while providing strategic support to Baneshwor Office and Regional Offices (ROs) and maintaining strong Business Associate (BA) relationships.

Reporting directly to the Founder & CEO, this senior leadership role is instrumental in driving business growth, strengthening recruitment systems, and ensuring high-quality student placement services.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of international student recruitment processes and visa regulations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Proficiency in Google Suit and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to the Recruitment Department to achieve organizational targets.
  • Supervise, mentor, and build a structured team hierarchy; conduct performance evaluations and training programs.
  • Ensure smooth counseling, documentation, and visa processing operations in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Academic Departments to enhance student conversion strategies.
  • Act as the central coordination point for Regional Offices and Business Associates.
  • Streamline enrollment and visa processes and implement structured reporting systems.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for the Founder & CEO.
  • Monitor international visa policy updates (Australia, Canada, UK, US and New Zealand) and consultancy market trends.
  • Standardize recruitment quality across all offices and align targets with long-term expansion goals.

Experience

Proven 2 years experience in recruitment management, preferably in the education consultancy sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
