Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Support in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Track social media performance using analytics tools and report on key metrics.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor ad performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in budget tracking and reporting on the ROI of ad campaigns.
  • Analyze data from various digital marketing channels to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
  • Assist in identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Help manage the digital marketing calendar, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Organize and maintain digital assets like graphics, videos, and other content files.
  • Actively seek feedback and apply it to improve performance.
  • Basic Knowledge of Canva or Other Design editing software. 
  • Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Schedule and manage posts across different social media channels.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation.
  • Report on campaign performance and improve based on data insights.
  • Assist in other tasks given by the management.
  • Coordinate with the branding team.
  • Execute the task provided by senior online customer service representatives.

Experience

Proven 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing

Education

Bachelor's degree with experience in related field preferred.
