Jewels Studio is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Junior Store Assistant (Client Service) to support daily store operations and deliver a refined luxury experience to our clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals passionate about customer service, retail operations, and luxury brands. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth store functionality while upholding Jewels’ premium service standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Store Support

  • Greet and assist customers with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail.
  • Support the host and sales team in managing customer flow and service needs.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects  Jewels’ luxury brand values.

Sales & Product Support

  • Assist the sales team by arranging products and providing required items during the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of jewelry collections, materials, craftsmanship, and key selling points.

Merchandising & Store Ambience

  • Maintain impeccable store presentation, including displays, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Conduct daily store ambiance checks to ensure a premium shopping environment.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Assist with inventory activities such as receiving, tagging, organizing, and tallying stock.
  • Perform physical stock tally and update stock status (available, sold, booked, shoot, taken-by, destroyed).
  • Update tab pictures of stock items as required.

Operations & Administration

  • Handle transactions accurately, including cash, card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain and update CRM sheets daily.
  • Update Signature and real-time appointments via Slack.
  • Back up files, images, and store-related documentation.
  • Update delivery tasks and coordinate as required.

Experience

  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; prior experience in retail, CSR or sales
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs).

Education

Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor’s degree running or completed is a plus).
