Job Purpose:
To lead corporate and institutional sales of hotel-mode TVs, ID products, and professional electronic solutions.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B sales strategy for hotels, hospitals, corporate houses, and institutions.
  • Identify and close large projects and tenders.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams for execution.
  • Lead and mentor corporate sales team.

KPIs:

  • Corporate revenue and project pipeline
  • Client acquisition and retention
  • Successful project execution

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong B2B/corporate electronics sales experience
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strategic planning and leadership ability

Experience

6–10 years (B2B electronics background mandatory)

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
