Job Purpose:

To drive retail and channel sales of Kent water purifiers, chimneys, and home appliances within the Kathmandu Valley.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and manage dealer, retailer, and distributor network.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and customer visits.
  • Execute in-store promotions and sales campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and collection follow-ups.

KPIs:

  • Sales target achievement
  • Dealer network expansion
  • Collection efficiency

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Field sales experience in consumer electronics/FMCG preferred
  • Target-driven and customer-focused

Experience

2–5 years in consumer electronics / water-purifier

Education

Bachelor’s preferred
