Job Purpose
To oversee corporate-level financial governance, compliance, consolidation, and strategic financial planning across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Handle consolidation of group financial statements.
• Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead internal audits, risk management, and internal control systems.
• Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and improve financial SOPs and governance frameworks.

• Compliance and audit outcomes
• Quality of MIS and financial analysis
• Improvement in financial controls

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over corporate finance, taxation, and compliance
• Strategic mindset with leadership skills
• Advanced Excel and ERP expertise

Experience

5–8 years (Corporate group exposure mandatory)

Education

Qualified Chartered Accountant
