Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Reporting To: Department Head

Job Purpose:
To manage and control all finance and accounting functions related to the spare parts division, ensuring accurate inventory accounting, statutory compliance, cost control, and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting cycle including bookkeeping, AP/AR, GL, and final accounts.
• Manage spare parts inventory accounting, stock ageing, valuation, and reconciliation.
• Monitor inward/outward stock movement and coordinate with warehouse teams.
• Prepare monthly MIS, profitability analysis, and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, TDS, customs duties, and Nepal statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Supervise and guide junior accounts staff.

• Accuracy of inventory and financial records
• Timely submission of statutory returns
• Cost control and variance analysis

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Nepal taxation and accounting standards
• ERP/Accounting software proficiency
• High attention to detail and analytical ability

Experience

 6–10 years (Spare parts / trading / electronics background preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management (CA/ACCA preferred)
