Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies across all platforms.
• Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals that align with brand aesthetics.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions to build a strong online community.
• Use data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for engagement and reach.
• Should be able to identify /collaborate with influencers and more.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with PR and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, sales, and promotions.
• Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring effective budget use and ROI.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Creative skills with an eye for design and experience in Canva or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
