Social Media Content & Ads Specialist

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content & Ads Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating engaging short-form videos (Reels/TikTok), managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, and maintaining product catalogues on Meta Commerce Manager. Knowledge of listing products on Daraz will be an added advantage.

Requirements / Skills

• Proven experience in social media content creation (Reels/TikTok portfolio is a plus)
• Proficiency in video shooting & editing (phone + editing apps/software)
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & audience targeting
• Experience in Meta Catalogue creation & configuration
• Familiarity with Daraz Seller Center (preferred)
• Creative thinking and understanding of current social media trends
• Strong communication and team-coordination skills

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot & edit creative reels and TikTok videos for brand promotion
• Manage social media pages — Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Ideate & execute content calendar to increase engagement and followers
• Run and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Conversion, Traffic, Engagement, Lead generation etc.)
• Create & update Meta Product Catalog / Commerce Manager
• Monitor ads performance and provide weekly performance reports
• Respond to comments, messages and manage online community professionally
• Upload products and maintain listings on Daraz (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Collaborate with graphics, marketing & sales teams for creative campaigns

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in social media management

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
