Job Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team with daily accounting tasks, bank transactions, and documentation.

Requirements:

1. Basic accounting knowledge.
2. Experience with banking transactions, LCs, and financial documentation.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with bank representatives and internal teams.
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.

Note: Must be a female candidate.

Responsibilities

• Visit banks daily to deposit cheques,  submit documents, and perform other banking tasks as required.
• Prepare and fill out Letter of Credit (LC) forms, guarantees, and other banking documents accurately.
• Follow up with banks on pending transactions, LCs, and other financial matters.
• Maintain and update and close the day book, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing  other documentation.

Experience

Fresher or 1 Years experience in related accounting fields

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (or equivalent).
