We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales cum Operations Executive to manage and oversee the daily operations of our chain of beauty salons. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth store operations, supervising salon staff, maintaining brand standards, and driving both in-store and online product sales. The role also includes planning, executing, and monitoring online sales strategies for the company’s beauty and wellness products.

Responsibilities

Operational Management:

  • Oversee daily operations across all salon branches to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise and coordinate with salon managers and staff to maintain service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and stock movement across branches.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene standards, and brand policies.
  • Conduct regular visits to salon outlets to evaluate performance, staff discipline, and customer service quality.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.

Staff Supervision & Training:

  • Supervise salon managers, front-desk executives, and other staff members.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Set performance goals and monitor staff productivity and attendance.
  • Motivate teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Drive in-store product sales and service upselling through effective promotional strategies.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to plan seasonal campaigns and local promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance across all outlets and suggest improvements.

Online Sales & E-commerce Management:

  • Develop and execute online sales strategies for the company’s products (through website, social media, and marketplaces).
  • Manage product listings, pricing, offers, and digital promotions.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to boost online visibility and conversions.
  • Track and analyze online sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and ensure excellent customer experience.

Reporting & Coordination:

  • Work closely with the management and finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Provide regular reports on sales, operations, and staff performance to the head office.
  • Handle escalations, customer issues, and inter-branch communication effectively.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations or sales management, preferably in the beauty, retail, or wellness industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS or salon management software.
  • Understanding of online sales platforms and digital marketing basics.
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple locations, and work independently.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving attitude.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
