Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth by promoting and selling hardware products to dealers, retailers, contractors, and project clients.
Develop new business opportunities while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Conduct market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and after-sales support to clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and exhibitions.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.
Ensure timely follow-up on orders, collections, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum 2–3 years in sales within the hardware / building materials / tools / fittings industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
