We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to lead the finance and accounts function for a reputed hospitality group. The role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and a strategic mindset to ensure sound financial management, compliance, and growth support for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounts and finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks while implementing effective control measures.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Coordinate with management for strategic planning and decision-making based on financial insights.
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, enhancing productivity and professional development.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives to improve accounting efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, IFRS/GAAP, and financial management systems.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems.

Education

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CPA preferred).
