Role Overview:

The Brand Manager will be responsible for driving brand strategy, innovation, communication, and growth for the Namkeens category. The role demands strong consumer insight, creative thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in FMCG brand management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategy and marketing plans for the Namkeens portfolio.
  • Drive market share, penetration, and consumer preference through impactful brand campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage brand positioning, packaging design, product innovation, and launches.
  • Work closely with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure product excellence and availability.
  • Lead ATL & BTL marketing campaigns, digital & influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Manage P&L for the brand, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Build strong trade marketing strategies and coordinate with the sales team for execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report brand performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with global brand guidelines while adapting strategies for local markets.
  • Key Requirements:

Experience

Key Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in FMCG brand management, ideally in snacks/namkeens/bakery.
  • Proven track record of successful brand building and product launches.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in consumer insights & data-driven decision making.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global MNC environment with cross-functional teams.

Education

MBA in Marketing / Business Management (preferred Tier 1/Tier 2 B-schools).
