We are looking for an experienced National Sales Head to lead the sales and business development of our cement block products across the country. The candidate should have strong expertise in the government sector (municipalities, urban development projects, infrastructure works) and proven leadership in driving sales in the building materials/construction industry.
Develop and execute sales strategies for cement blocks in government, institutional, and private infrastructure sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with municipalities, government contractors, builders, and consultants.
Identify opportunities in government tenders, large-scale infrastructure projects, and public housing schemes.
Lead and mentor regional sales teams to achieve national targets.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies to maintain leadership.
Drive brand visibility and ensure product adoption across major markets.
Report regularly to management on sales performance and growth plans.
8-10 years of sales experience in cement, cement blocks, construction materials, or related industries.
Minimum 4 years in a senior/national leadership role.
Proven track record in securing government/municipal contracts.
Strong negotiation, networking, and team leadership skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
