Established in 2007, Education Consultancy operates through a decentralized model, with 10 plus offices across Nepal and Australia, aiming to bridge the gap between academic opportunities worldwide and aspiring students.

Position Objectives:

The International Relations Manager at Education Consultancy serves as the central point of contact for all external partners, including universities/colleges, test preparation examiners, application portals, insurance providers, and other stakeholders. Reporting directly to the General Manager (CEO), this role ensures seamless operations and support by coordinating communications, updates, and partnerships across all departments and offices within Education Consultancy.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Single Point of Contact for Institutions and Partners:

  • Act as the primary liaison between An Education Consultancy and external partners, managing communications, inquiries, and collaborations to ensure effective relationships.
  • Foster strong partnerships and maintain regular communication with universities, colleges, and other partners.

Centralized Information Hub:

  • Receive and disseminate all updates related to destinations, institutions, courses, partner portals, insurance, and test preparation.
  • Collect information and updates from various sources, including emails, messaging platforms, and direct visits from university representatives.
  • Manage all incoming communications, including emails, and ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

Coordinate Meetings and Visits:

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with institution representatives and partners visiting Head Office.
  • Organize schedules and visits to ensure representation at Office, regional offices, and other relevant locations.

Event Attendance and Communication:

  • Attend seminars, fairs, and external events on behalf of An Education Consultancy, representing the organization professionally.
  • Communicate event outcomes, insights, and potential opportunities to the An Education Consultancy team for strategic planning.

Strategic Calendar Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar for office visits by institution representatives and partners.
  • Coordinate with offices and teams to ensure proper scheduling, attendance, and participation.

Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor committed numbers and agreements with partner institutions, test preparation providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the business development unit to provide accurate information for business associates and strategic planning.
  • Maintain all contract details, committed enrollment numbers, and business-related information on a centralized platform.

New Partnerships and Revenue Generation:

  • Explore and initiate new university/college and partner tie-ups for every destination and office.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding new partners, including training of team members and information dissemination.
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue from existing partnerships, analyzing enrollment data and renegotiating agreements where applicable.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the Admissions department to ensure university/college guidelines are being maintained.
  • Liaise with the Counseling unit to ensure awareness of new changes and guidelines.

Regular Reporting and KPI Management:

  • Report regularly to the General Manager on key metrics, partnership updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Set up structured meeting formats with the CEO to discuss progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in international relations, business development, or related fields, with a proven track record of managing partnerships and external communications.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for degrees obtained from internationally recognized institutions.
