We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused After-Sales Service Executive to manage customer service operations related to electronics and home appliances. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience and be skilled in handling complaints, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic service software.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Handle customer complaints, warranty claims, and service requests efficiently.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate service records, logs, and customer feedback data.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers after service completion.
Clearly explain product usage, warranty terms, and maintenance tips to customers.
Monitor spare parts inventory and maintain service tools/equipment.
Collaborate with the sales team to gather and share customer insights.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly service performance reports.
Communicate with other branches and external vendors as necessary.
2–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in electronics/appliances.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
