We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Manager to lead our FMCG sales operations, focused on Colgate products, across the Birgunj–Lahan corridor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing field sales teams, building distributor/retailer relationships, and ensuring effective market penetration and brand visibility.
Job Specification:
Strong knowledge of the Terai belt market from Birgunj to Lahan.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Develop and implement territory-wise sales strategies for the assigned field area.
Manage and expand relationships with distributors, stockists, and retailers.
Lead a team of field sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
Ensure timely execution of sales promotional campaigns and product activations.
Track inventory movement and coordinate with the supply chain for product availability.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure coverage and retail hygiene.
Prepare and present sales reports and insights to senior management.
Minimum 5 years of outdoor sales experience in the FMCG sector (preferably with oral care or Colgate-related products).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
