About the Role:
Reputed Digital Education Institute is seeking a driven, student-focused Academic Counselor to join our fast-growing education team. • Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Core Counseling & Sales Duties:

• Proactively reach out to prospective students—college students and working professionals—and counsel them on Reputed Digital Education Institute programs.
• Manage inbound inquiries, WhatsApp interactions, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
• Make 120 calls per day with 40–50% connectivity; consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
• Conduct rigorous follow-ups to maintain engagement and drive lead conversion.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates of all student interactions in the CRM.

Leadership & Strategy Support Duties:

• Review and provide feedback on communication shared by other counselors.
• Monitor CRM performance metrics daily to track team and individual progress.
• Support the team in resolving challenges and improving counseling effectiveness.
• Uphold team discipline, punctuality, and performance consistency.
• Leverage planning tools and data insights to enhance strategy and boost conversions.
• Coordinate weekly performance reports and achieve personal monthly sales revenue goals.

Experience

2–4 years of experience in academic counseling, inside sales, or education services

Education

Graduate or Diploma holder
