We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Girl to join our team to help expand our retailer network for our leading plastic products brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new retail business opportunities, building relationships with potential retailers, and ensuring the continued growth of our brand's presence in the market. A personal vehicle and a valid license are preferred, as the role requires travel to potential retailer locations.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in a retail or distribution setting, preferably within the plastic products industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle (preferred).
Willingness to travel within the designated area to meet potential and existing retailers.
A good understanding of the market and trends in the plastic products industry is a plus.
Identify and target new retailers for the distribution of our plastic products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing retailers.
Conduct sales presentations to introduce the product range and secure retail partnerships.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop strategies for expanding the retail network.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with new retailers to ensure mutual benefit.
Monitor retailer performance and resolve any issues regarding product placement, stock, or sales.
Keep track of sales progress and provide regular updates to the management team.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the brand and meet potential retailers.
Ensure retailers have the necessary promotional materials and product knowledge to sell effectively.
1-2 years of experience in sales or retail expansion (preferably in the manufacturing or consumer goods sector).
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
