Full Time (on site) 10 - 6:30 pm

Salary Package: 18000 - 20000 PM (Negotiable)

Job Summary: 

The Store Assistant will play a crucial role in providing a seamless and luxurious shopping experience for our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep appreciation for fine jewelry. The ideal candidate will assist with daily operations, maintain the store’s aesthetic, and ensure that every customer interaction reflects the high standards of our brand.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a high-end boutique environment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury jewelry and a keen eye for design.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
  • Flexible and willingness to work at any of our store locations when needed.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing personalized service to meet their needs.
    Client follow-ups for repairs, bill delivery, jewelry delivery, etc.
  • Sales: Support the sales team by providing products and necessary items, and assisting in the sales process.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our jewelry collections, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling point.
  • Merchandising: Ensure that the store is impeccably presented at all times, including arranging displays, cleaning, and organizing products.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, including receiving, tagging, and organizing new stock.
  • Operations: Handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties as needed, and maintaining customer records.

Experience

1 Years relevant field experience preferred.
