Position Objectives:

The Business Development Officer (BDO) is responsible for supporting business development activities and coordinating with regional offices and business associates to achieve targeted goals. Based at the  Head Office in Kathmandu, the BDO's responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in achieving targeted business goals by collaborating with Regional Offices (R/O) and Business Associates (B/A) on student offers and visa lodgment.
  • Conducting training sessions for counselors and staff at Regional Offices (R/O) and Business Associates (B/A).
  • Supporting CRM software implementation and training for Regional Offices (R/O) as required.
  • Assisting in organizing seminars or information sessions with institution representatives in regional offices.
  • Contributing to planning and executing advertising, promotions, and fair participations for each Regional Office (R/O).
  • Coordinating with department heads to ensure smooth application processes for Regional Offices (R/O) and Business Associates (B/A).
  • Supporting the management of contracts with Regional Offices, Franchise Units, and Business Associates.
  • Monitoring and evaluating department programs and services.
  • Supporting the development of operational plans aligned with company recruitment objectives.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of student documents for admissions.


Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related areas.


University degree in a related field.
