The present product and pipelined product category include Home Care, Personal Care and Food Products like Biscuits, Cookies, Pasta, Macaroni, Seviyan, Vermicelli, Corn Flakes, Soya chunks, Ketchup, Sauce, Chocolates etc. 

About the Business:

The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Designation:  Sales and Marketing Officer

Salary and Benefits:

• Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000

Responsibilities

• To manage, train, coach a team of 15 experienced sales person and manage sales of sales person and distribution hubs
• To ensure stock holding as per company rules
• Monitoring a team and ensuring sales.
• Data analysis and reporting used MS- Excel

Experience

2 Years to 4 Years in Product Sales (Product related Industries like Paint, Liquor, Cement, FMCG)

Education

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree
