Organisation: Leading manufacturer of food and beverage products such as snacks, sweets, teas, herbs and spices. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including data entry into our dynamic system, preparing reports, assisting with HR functions, and managing payroll activities. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English, as well as proficiency in computer systems. We prefer a female candidate who is smart, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively.

Job Requirements

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Record financial transactions in ledger books or accounting software.
• Update ledger accounts with new transactions and adjustments.
• Reconcile ledger accounts with bank statements and other financial records.
• Prepare journal entries and adjustments for month-end closing.
• Assist senior accountants with various tasks, such as preparing financial analysis and reports, conducting audits, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting issues.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for management as required.
• Assist the HR department with various administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
• Help maintain and update employee databases, attendance records, and other HR-related documentation.
• Prepare monthly salary sheets and assist in payroll processing.
  

Experience

2 years of experience in accounting with payroll exposure

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
