We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team in the consumer electronics industry. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of consumer electronic devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, TVs, and audio systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace defective components, such as screens, batteries, motherboards, and circuit boards.
• Perform software updates, installations, and configurations on electronic devices.
• Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure that repaired devices meet industry standards and specifications.
• Provide estimates for repair costs and timelines to customers and obtain approval before proceeding with repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and customer interactions in the company's database.
• Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in consumer electronics repair.
• Assist with customer inquiries, provide technical support, and offer product recommendations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve repair processes, workflow efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines while working with electronic equipment and tools.
